If you’re looking for a sun-drenched spot to enjoy a good feed and chilly beverage, then The Good Home is the ticket. This Mt Eden gastro pub has all the markings for a family-family outing, drinking session with mates or hearty lunch. It’s been created with ‘home’ in mind so you’ll feel like you’ve left yours and stepped right into theirs.

Hidden away in an old leatherworking factory in Akiraho Street is home to Brothers Beer & Juke Joint. This family friendly bar has a sandpit and an out-of-commission van to entertain the children. With a traditional southern style BBQ restaurant, a great range of beers, a sunny courtyard and the same laid-back, retro vibe as the original city location.
