Complimentary on-site parking is available for all guests during their stay, with ample parking spaces located throughout the property. Parking is unallocated and operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
For guests staying in Rooms 1–4 and 9–10, the front carpark via the Balmoral Road entrance offers the most convenient access.
Please secure valuables, as Mt Eden Motel is not responsible for any loss or damage.
Afterhours Check-In
We’ve made Afterhours Check-In simple and convenient. If you are arriving outside reception hours, your room key will be placed in a secure lockbox located outside reception at the Balmoral Road entrance. Check-in instructions will be sent by late afternoon on the day of arrival.
If you do not receive your instructions, or if you have made a booking outside reception hours, please use the service phone outside reception or give us a call and our support team will be happy to assist.
Please note that we do not accept new bookings after 9:00pm.
