Group Booking Policies
Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to secure the booking.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Full payment can also be made at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will not incur additional cancellation fees; however, the $200 deposit remains non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Quote Validity
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Rates may be subject to change after this period.
Booking Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed once the deposit has been received and confirmation has been provided via email.
